21 year old reported going around shopping mall hitting on young girls/minors and cop came up to him and asked him what he was doing and he was 19 while having exposed alcohol which got the cop too issue a fine and the dude was explaining how he was approaching women and verifying their age before hitting on them and the cop was ok with it and said not to do that with obviously young girls and then he was issued to leave the store with the cop taking him out himself and while they were on the way out the cop wanted to check his bag since he noticed a hint of weed and the kid said he only has weed inside his bag but there's actually a gun and then the guy resists by running and pulling out the gun which is stolen and fires at the cop and he runs further away and later gets cornered in a parking lot where he is in a shootout and decides to blow his brains out.
