Anyone who denies these changes is honestly either room temperature IQ or coping because they are too old to achieve results like this

Ramus height increase is the most obvious
Increase in mandible length
Decrease in gonial angle
More forward growth (look at the distance between the eyes and the chin)
Increased chin projection
More prominent cheekbones
Wider face
Curve at end of nose is now gone

Half these things aren’t even influenced by lighting, in no world is “muh lighting responsible for the mandible length increase”

As a fatcel I used to believe my gonial was 135. Once I got lean it measured 125. Fat obscures the gonial angle, and you can't measure it accurately until you're lean.

the angle of his lower jaw is the mostly the same but when he gained a ramus his mandible no longer had to meet in the position of where his ramus should of been, lowering the gonial even though he didn’t have much mandible upswing.

and this expains both the length in the mandible and the increase in the squareness of the jaw in the after pic
