They claim they used an implant around nasal base and then of course nose job.
That’s all fine and dandy but there’s no way this is a real result right? Because look how much the philtrum shortened! Bringing the base of the nose out would actually have made the philtrum look longer. Yet somehow this is showing it tightened and shrunk somehow.

Is this actually possible or is this outright just a morph?
