debateable, insecurity is a mental thing. you can arguably be good looking and have insecurities stemming from psychological factors

I mean it can be mental impairments too, people with extremely low iq or bad memories can be anxious and insecure.

Then they know that people with more assymetry in face is more likely to have arspergers and be insecure etc.

It doesnt need to be because of ugliness per say but features.
