100% natural lifters 1910 before roid. This guy was 5'8 and 216 lbs at most 15% bf . Assuming conservative 15% bf he has 28,4 FFMI !!!
Genetics are everything. Such a cope of people with bad genetics for bodybuilding. I see them everywhere crying about how it's impossible to be very muscular naturally. If you have bad genetics you'll never even bench 260 so go do something else and stop wasting your time in the gym, and stop crying on the internet
