Someone was an ass to you? Who cares? It doesn’t matter. He already forgot about you and you should forget about him.
Got rejected by a girl? Who cares? There are still millions of girls out there. You will never run out of women.
Lost money? Who cares? You still have the ability to make more. There’s no scarcity of money.
It’s amazing how much energy and happiness I’ve lost just because someone said something to me or mistreated me. It took me years to finally understand that it doesn’t matter. Once you stop giving a fuck you will truly be happy. Besides, half the people that judge you or mistreat you are just jealous and the other half have such miserable lives that they try to screw up your day too.
