There are countless “disorders” and “mental illnesses” that exist solely to invalidate non mainstream beliefs.

There are so many distractions and mind numbing activities that are bombarded at us, Netflix/Disney/Hulu BS Shows, Vidya Games, Drugs, Alcohol, Porn, Muh social events, Muh holidays and family gatherings

Everything is so convoluted, and both needlessly difficult with unnecessary updates. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, IDEs, GUIs are all examples. Not only do they have countless rarely or even never used large decorative buttons, but they ALWAYS change the format. Like no I don’t want to “update” to Microsoft Word 2022 from 2021 because I already mastered 2010 and I don’t want to needlessly relearn the new locations of the buttons and the different icons, or get used to the new design, when the functionality is exactly the same.

I’m fascinated that MONGRELS don’t see this. They believe mental illnesses/disorders are real, they enjoy and place high value on a lot of stupid “entertainment” and “hobbies” when it should be treated as any other unhealthy addiction that prevents you from achieving your goals, and they buy into the fact that Operating System Designs need to change every 2 years. If you believe 1 of these there your sub 115 Iq, and if you believe all 3 you’re sub 95 Iq.

Its like how normies practice all these cardio-based sports with 0 effect outside of it while intelligent dudes only do bodybuilding
Or how they spend time analyzing and decorating rooms, cars, gardens, houses, objects in general meanwhile their faces and bodies look like shit

Absolute state of this forum… it’s the complete opposite way around. “Intelligent dudes” will do small amounts of cardio, while the troglodytes at the squat rack ruin their body for minimal gain.

Lifting is an absolute meme and doesn’t matter unless you’re on steroids - at which point it’s over anyway. Calisthenics and moderate amounts of cardio is all you should do.

yeah. fasting, naturally if that makes sense, is really good for someone like me who was a total fatass for years due to insulin issues. it really depends on what you're dealing with and craving imo. but yeah you're right that nutrient dense food is basically how you repair yourself, it takes longer than most people think though in my experience

also, op, I was diagnosed with avpd and I was definitely schizotypal several years ago. They are real, it's just that they aren't treated correctly for the most part.
