for some reason i suddenly remembered it, its basically the princess loses her ball in the pond and a frog (dirty ethnic) offers to find it for her and they make a promise, then she agrees and he goes in the pond and finds it but when he comes back she quickly takes it and runs off without sticking to her promise

then she keeps saying how disgusting and ugly he was

i cant really remember, but in the end she has to kiss him and he turns into a prince
