On top of that men can careermax, gymmax, fashionmax, etc which easily adds 2-3 points (if not more). But women only need to be MTB/HTB (even LTB) to get a relationship with (around) their looksmatch. Men can't pull this off, but when they ascend they can get with someone much higher than their base looksmatch.

• Recessed Jaw - Beardmaxxing, minoxidil may be needed
• Bald/balding - Preventable if caught early, if it's too late then yeah MTN/HTN is the limit
• Skin - The easiest of all, frequent washing, a good diet, and cardio/heart health will make it glow
• Eye area/Nose - Harder but slight improvements can be made, probably what stops most people from ascending higher
