Last year (14) I was genuinely in a horrible state I ate like shit and got barely any sunlight (I was dangerously deficient in vitamin D)
Fast forward to this year I’m getting a decent amount of sunlight and prescribing vitamin d3 with zinc aswell, also eating way better.
Now here is what confuses and angers me, I got a blood test last year and my testosterone came back which was average-slightly above average. This year I got the exact same blood test and my testosterone came back 200 points lower?! Nigga this makes ZERO sense. Can someone actually give me insight on what’s happening here or how to increase my test?

Also never went to the gym that year and I’ve been in the gym for months this year

Maybe cortisol impacted your T-levels?

That doesn't mean anything. Every little shit affects your testosterone level, if you've just slept badly for one night or have been stressed, it will drop. That's also why doctors always perform multiple testosterone tests.
