This site is harder to quit then alcohol or smoking

I went from a borderline alcoholic last year to barely drinking. I also quit smoking completely... But I can't quit this fucking site. It makes me so depressed but I am addicted to the depressing content at this point and shitposting.


Idk how to quit this site beating alcoholism is easier
