No matter what you call it race/ethnicity/phenotype, there is a hierarchy among human subgroups, and it is not racist to point this out. It is a fact of nature.

Racism is when people are discriminated against because of an ethnicity they did not choose. For example, if a public institution chooses only white people when hiring, that is racism.
