At least with Reels or any other short-form content, when I’m watching that stuff, I’m already in bed. If I’m on my phone, I’ll usually just fall asleep without even trying.


But when I’m on this site, I’m on my PC, and that’s a problem. Hours can pass without me noticing at all.


If I had stayed on my phone, I probably would’ve been asleep by now.


I’ve got church at 11 a.m., and it’s 6 a.m. right now. I’m completely cooked.


So my choices are:

• Sleep for maybe two hours and feel awful,​
• Sleep through the entire church service,​
• Or stay up until church, which sounds absolutely miserable.​

Every option sucks.
