yeah, thats because in the first pic the lightning was totally different and it was still cooking. before cooking it I greased it with oil and a mix of herbs, so tasty

and the two pieces in the package are totally different things, their meant to be eaten raw and here they sell it like this.
the first one is a steak, the second is a “battuta” like we call it here;
Its a traditional Italian dish made of very finely chopped raw beef, usually high quality cuts, seasoned lightly with olive oil, salt, sometimes lemon, mustard, or capers. Its similar to steak tartare, but simpler and more focused on the natural flavor of the meat.
