Nah just drink tons of vitamin C tbh@Seth Walsh
people spend 200$ a month on copium tablets before considering eating a vegetableNah just drink tons of vitamin C tbh
I mean seriously ?Nah just drink tons of vitamin C tbh
I found out VitC is very good for collagen production (better than tret), I take 3000-6000mg atm just to see how the improvements are after 1-3 monthsI mean seriously ?
I take lots of vitc pills but i remember earlier you said vit c too much isnt good. 1000mg a day here
No side ? Cuz im afraid of sides.I found out VitC is very good for collagen production (better than tret), I take 3000-6000mg atm just to see how the improvements are after 1-3 months
No sides for me (I use the dissolvable tablets in water)No side ? Cuz im afraid of sides.
Whats the difference. And would you say 3mg of msm, 1mg of nac,1,5 mg of vitc daily are good or its too much and risk of sides? No sides for me (I use the dissolvable tablets in water)
I'm just trying out higher dose Vit C for collagen atm. Idk if I'd recommend it but I'm just trying it because I never died before. It'll probs be another month 'til I can say if it helped collagen concretely, or not. I don't bother with MSM and only take NAC every now and then. My routines with looksmaxing have changed a lot since 2019. Retin-A, Niacinamide, VitC, SPF are the most important for skin tbh. I use Gluconolactone toner now too coz I found it's best for my skin, but that's coz I have dry skin. Different things will work for different people.Whats the difference. How are your dosages distributed throughout the day?I found out VitC is very good for collagen production (better than tret), I take 3000-6000mg atm just to see how the improvements are after 1-3 months
I just put it in a water bottle and drink it throughout the day (1000mg dissolvable tabs). How are your dosages distributed throughout the day?
Nah, azelaic acid is a mogger ingredient. It helps with hyperpigmentation, scarring, redness/rosacea and acne. One of the best acids in skincare tbh.Azelaic acid is only for acne right?
I assume you drink 6g spread throughout the day in different bottles since otherwise the vitC could get fucked from uv light?I just put it in a water bottle and drink it throughout the day (1000mg dissolvable tabs).
do you use it in complement to tret and aha/bha?Nah, azelaic acid is a mogger ingredient. It helps with hyperpigmentation, scarring, redness/rosacea and acne. One of the best acids in skincare tbh.
Not sure if correct, but I read that steroids induce "bad" collagen formation, meaning different structure, weaker fibres, which can be bad long-term for joints health.Testosterone increases collagen synthesis
Nandrolone also increases collagen synthesis. Even more so than Testosterone. Look up the studies on "nandrolone and collagen". It's the most potent steroid in terms of increasing collagen.
Pharmaceutical HGH increases collagen synthesis the most.

I don't use it at all. I'm on low dose accutane which eliminates pretty much all skin problems and also boosts collagen. I don't get any side effects; not even chapped lips. But yeah, if you wanna use azelaic acid: Don't use it together with tret and aha/bha, that's too much. Depending on your skin I would swap out the bha for azelaic acid.do you use it in complement to tret and aha/bha?
