Yeah just take it in the morning on empty stomach

Doesn’t do much if this is the only thing you’re doing to increase synthesis though.

I found out VitC is very good for collagen production (better than tret), I take 3000-6000mg atm just to see how the improvements are after 1-3 months

No sides for me (I use the dissolvable tablets in water)
Whats the difference. And would you say 3mg of msm, 1mg of nac,1,5 mg of vitc daily are good or its too much and risk of sides?

I'm just trying out higher dose Vit C for collagen atm. Idk if I'd recommend it but I'm just trying it because I never died before. It'll probs be another month 'til I can say if it helped collagen concretely, or not. I don't bother with MSM and only take NAC every now and then. My routines with looksmaxing have changed a lot since 2019. Retin-A, Niacinamide, VitC, SPF are the most important for skin tbh. I use Gluconolactone toner now too coz I found it's best for my skin, but that's coz I have dry skin. Different things will work for different people.

I use tret 0.5/niacinamide 4%/azelaic acid 4% in 1 cream. It works good for me

Also is it cope that its bad to combine it with vitamin c serum? Or just apply one for the day routine and one for the night ?

colagen suplement is cope.

Dermaroller and tret is king for collagen and also moderating sun exposure.

he looks like a deranged loon. oral collagen doesn't do shit

How are your dosages distributed throughout the day?

I just put it in a water bottle and drink it throughout the day (1000mg dissolvable tabs).

Testosterone increases collagen synthesis

Nandrolone also increases collagen synthesis. Even more so than Testosterone. Look up the studies on "nandrolone and collagen". It's the most potent steroid in terms of increasing collagen.

Pharmaceutical HGH increases collagen synthesis the most.

Nah, azelaic acid is a mogger ingredient. It helps with hyperpigmentation, scarring, redness/rosacea and acne. One of the best acids in skincare tbh.

I assume you drink 6g spread throughout the day in different bottles since otherwise the vitC could get fucked from uv light?

No need to take it on an empty stomach?

do you use it in complement to tret and aha/bha?

Not sure if correct, but I read that steroids induce "bad" collagen formation, meaning different structure, weaker fibres, which can be bad long-term for joints health.

Not true. Read the studies on nandrolone n collagen. Also on Testosterone n collagen

I don't use it at all. I'm on low dose accutane which eliminates pretty much all skin problems and also boosts collagen. I don't get any side effects; not even chapped lips. But yeah, if you wanna use azelaic acid: Don't use it together with tret and aha/bha, that's too much. Depending on your skin I would swap out the bha for azelaic acid.

Let me educate you since I have a chemistry background and some biochemistry knowledge. Collagen is a protein made up of amino acids. Your body has a very limited capacity to absorb protein in its tertiary or quaternary form compared to much smaller chemicals simply because of how gargantuan proteins are in scale compared to say a single amino, of which your body absorbs limitlessly. A small protein for instance, ATP synthase, is composed of 66,000 separate amino acid residues. Transport of proteins through the bloodstream is also relatively limited to prevent protein buildup induced aneurysm and your body usually breaks down absorbed proteins into their amino acid components in the liver for easy transport and nutrient partitioning. Think giant lego structure vs a bunch of singular lego blocks: what is more convenient for the builder if they want to make their own creation? Your body likes breaking things down and rebuilding them itself because it's often more efficient and costs less energy than transporting all the large structures through your body that simply increase risk of thing going wrong.

Collagen is an even smaller protein with only 1400 separate amino acid residues that only has an effect on skin and connective tissue in its tertiary form and only so long as it reaches thar location still intact in that form. The likelihood that a molecule that is 1400 times larger than what your body prefers to transport will make it to its destination from your high pH mouth; to low pH stomach; to the enzymatic and bacterial no-man's land that is your small intestines; undergoing extremely thorough processing by your liver; being transported from your liver to your bloodstream; then traveling through your bloodstream to the most narrow passageways of the cardiovascular system in the capillaries to the least vascularized parts of your body(skin, connective tissue) while still being in a its functional state as a structural protein is slim to fucking none, son.

TL;DR: Ignore anything positive niggers say about their own products. Like really?
