This this body dysmorphia? Or just me being able to understand my flaws better

I have never had a problem with my face, I always loved how I looked, but about a 1-2 years ago I discovered the black pill and facial measurements and me being the ocd autist I am I measured everything, but there was one that stood out to me, my eye spacing. Now even then when I knew my eye spacing was closer I still thought it looked normal in the mirror but after a year and a half or rotting i decided to finally look at my full face in the mirror again as I haven’t done so in so long, and my eyes look worse than Marco jaric. Now is this just body dysphoria or me just now being able to realize how bad the spacing is, because I don’t remember them looking this close

I remember back before I knew about the black pill my esr from memory was like 45 now when I look at it it’s like 41, idk if it’s actually bdd or not where it morphs your reality of your face
