He descended, that's because his implants are too big. Smaller ones are a pain in the ass because they could not give big improvements and could lead to a revision but better than looking fake. I do not think it's fillers because he would look bloated with them.

Yeah I doubt this is only filler like mentioned above. He got implants + buccal fat removal for sure. Looks absolutely horrifying and anyone who still thinks hardmaxxing isn't that invasive has balls of steel

The buccal fat removal is very possible, it would explain why he looks aged of like 10 years, getting a better jaw does that but to a wayy smaller extent. Honestly most ascensions comes from late puberty(facial changes from 16 to 21), fat loss in the cheeks and softmaxxing, hardmaxxing is not easy as people here thinks and if you are above ltn there are odds of being botched, like for bimax. Surgery that in most cases ascends only subhumans
