idk, I wouldn't be surprised if this Dr Sailer morphed it a little too, some surgeons have been caught doing that in before/afters, so its not implausible that he would do it too (especially seeing how he frauds head angle so much).

They did a full on rotation along with zygoma augemntation and a full on lefort the biggest change was the rotation though they literally almost changed her race

I am not suprised he is basically piooner of aesthetic bone surgeries , if I were a maxillo/ ortho and know how to fix midface, cranial base or ipd my surgeries I also would want to charge a lot of money sińce IT would something new and unique.

Any viable alternatives to Sailer? I don't mind saving up if he's really as good as I'm being led to believe, but obviously if I can get similar results for cheaper I'd prefer that.

All of his male results are trash. He made the patients look like homosexuals. The only good results are his female ones and that too, the girl already had to be somewhat good looking to begin with, just with a deformed jaw.

Essentially the points summarized are.

- Beauty is bone deep moving the bone forward moves your air ways forward so you can breath more at night allowing for feelings of well rested ness and more cognitive brain usage during the day.

- In ancient times those in ancient greece used to prefer recessed faces for some reason don't know why but they preferred an recessed ante face.
