Because if you cook anything above 200 degrees it practically kills all the bacteria, so I don’t see how this delicious seafood (which i'm usually not into, but this video is tempting me) can’t be considered edible.
A restaurant could’ve done this once to your ordered food behind doors and never told about it so you didn’t panic. This thought is too disturbing and makes me wanna never go to a restaurant again until my bodyfat percentage is only 1 digit.
