Insanely brutal. The more I read about veganism the more I realize they are ethically correct. Additionally animal agriculture just isn’t sustainable and has a horrible impact on the climate, is a major cause of deforestation, and most importantly causes incomprehensible amounts of suffering.

Humans slaughter 80 BILLION land animals every year for food, and 10 BILLION in the United States alone. The overwhelming majority of which is from factory farms like in the video above. These types of practices are the norm not the exception.

Man they literally breed these animals into existence just for them to grow up in automated farms to be abused for their bodies.

Female cows must be artificially inseminated with bull semen in order to impregnate them so they secrete milk. Cows only produce milk when they are having children so they must be impregnated over and over again. When a calf is born if male they slaughter it and make veal. If a female they will grow up to be dairy cows and exploited in the same way for milk.

Once dairy cows are too old/no longer can produce milk they are slaughtered for meat. I personally can not morally justify eating animal products anymore. The creatures we exploit are innocent it’s just wrong man.

and? Being cautious with changing an animal's diet should always be taken as each animal is different as is each human. You have to start with a slow change and a testing phase and eventually get the animal to 100%. I had to do this with my security pyrenees dogs. They cannot eat certain plant based foods so I have to be careful.

This issue is our own self interests (mostly a few men/families that have a vast majority of power on earth) are responsible for majority of the death and suffering of animals and at this point there's noting any of us can do since they have so much power and control.

The so called vegan movement isn't being hypocrites by desiring to decrease the death and suffering of animals yet at the same time wanting to preserve and protect their kind. However, if they use the materials and live in the society that is causing the death and suffering of animals then that can be perceived as being a hypocrite. The issue is it's difficult to live outside the society and not use their materials that cause (directly or indirectly) the death and suffering of these innocent sentient beings.

For us to make a major difference we would have to imprison those small amount of people that are causing the majority of death and suffering of animals (and humans). The small groups that try to help improve animals living conditions and decrease their death and suffering are fighting an uphill battle through the court systems, lobby's, protesting, etc. The problem is the people that are causing the death and suffering are the same people that control the politicians like puppets.

What's the solution? The earth and society is going to continue to decline as it has for centuries now until it gets so bad then the anti-Christ reveals himself and signs the peace treaty in the middle east (some say Trump already did this) then the second coming of the Massiah comes and the 1,000 years of new Jerusalem happens and peace on earth and no death shall occur during this time period. The red heifers have already been collected and the sacrifices are about to begin and the third temple is currently being built.

I used to be sad about the decline of the earth and society but I know it's inevitable and will eventually lead to beauty and tranquility on earth for the first time since the Garden of Eden.

You can doubt all you want but that still doesn't make cancer natural. Cancer itself is the opposite of a natural process. Yes disease and death is natural but this specific so called disease is not from a natural means. Anthropogenic activities have increased the cancer rates over time and the main cause is the chemicals/toxins in our air, food, water, soil, etc. You're not going to develop cancer from drinking reverse osmosis water in glass jars, or from food from your own garden (indoors, greenhouse, air filtration, pure soil, etc. You'd have to go to extremes to avoid cancer as much as possible due to the severity of our current situation.

it could be the fact that you as an individual are resistant to vegetables. everybody has different digestive designs and gut microbiomes which are extremely important in bodily functions and what your body can digest and not digest. the gut microbiome is mostly determined by ancestry and environment when young. there are some really good books out on it if you want to read up more. understanding your gut microbiome is the key to understanding what is best for you.

Sun doesn't cause anything more than a sun burn. Vitamin D has been proven to prevent and reverse cancers (not all but a certain percentage)

So sunscreens can not only cause cancer via the chemicals but the majority of sunscreens that just block UVB allow the UVA only to penetrate the skin. This causes cancer as UVA by itself is cancer causing. So this is not natural as it requires a man made product to get cancer from UVA because you're blocking natural UVB.

Saying the sun itself is like believing spring water (from the spring not bottled water) causes cancer.

Everybody's gut microbiome is in a different state. Therefore, no one food or diet can be the best diet or food for 2 different people. Our geographic location, season, stress, gut microbiome, genetics, etc all play a major factor. Therefore one must constantly test out foods and track them in a journal to discover what works and what doesn't. We're anatomically closest to frugivores but not every person can do qell on that diet.

I personally had to eat all cooked organ meats and meat for about 4 months to get rid of C Difficile and SIBO. Then after killing those bacteria I could only eat plant based but no grains, nuts seeds or legumes as I had histamine intolerance.

If you're feeling bad from veggies that's and processed seed oils that's not a terrible sign but if you can't tolerate fruit then something is really wrong with your body.
