My sociology teacher showed me this at 17 years old. I've been moisturizing and wearing sun screen most days. I just turned 28 I could probably larp as ,young as 19/20.

Sure genetics play a role but this is so fucking true.

A lot of the other advice is bluepill/redpill but hits harder as you age. The only thing I took away from this video was the sunscreen part JFL.

Anything 30 SPF+ is good especially if you're out.

Tbh if you're a hermit like me as long as you moisturiser with something high in Vit E you should be okay. I
