Yea for recreational use best to use a bit twice or thrice a week but ik your situ. Have you tried used something else every other day so you don’t develop kratom tolerance?

Nah I may cold turkey quit it and nicotine also. But I’m probably gonna dose in a minute gonna try to make it my last
