Unfortunately true. I'm already a 20 year old incel but I used to have "copes" that actually worked. Things a doctor would tell me are just true. For example that everyone has bad photos, lens distortion blah blah etc.

Now I'm just utterly defeated by my life. Over the past year I've become more and more toxic and bitter. I'm basically just envy incarnate.

It is actually. I come here and log most of my thoughts and insecurities. Believing what is said and being brought down by negative and self defeating people
