Levain Cookie-675 Calories
300 Grams of Full Cream Milk-300 Calories
5ish Miles Walking
Net Total-500ish Calories

I was doing 1500 calories and avoiding Cookies but I'm getting impatient with cutting (I want to be lean fast af) + I'm craving cookies, so this diet will solve both of those problems. The 300 grams of Milk is meant to satiate me somewhat and give me some nutrition.

I'm hungry af on 1500 calories anyway. The feeling will be the same on 500 vs 1500.

How do you stop craving goyslop though? Like when u tell urself ur gunna stop, ur gunna still have that urge to consume and it keeps growing overtime until you cave and binge.
