im so tired of living in this slave lifestyle but i cant escape i feel so restricted by society and everyday i wake up to the same shit. wakeup, school, ldar, sleep, wakeup its the same thing everyday and im tired of it. but at that point what else am i supposed to do? i cant stand the thought of working a job for the rest of my life and then once i can finally retire theres nothing to live for. how are people happy living life like this?

I hate to say it, but yes. One day you will look back fondly on your school days. Whether that’s high school or college. As you get older, you will have more responsibilities. You have more freedom, yes, but it comes with responsibilities. Who’s paying the rent, who’s paying the bills? It certainly isn’t you. All you gotta worry about is your exams/grades and that’s it. But when you move out and you live on your own, you need to work so that you can pay your rent, so you can pay the bills for electricity, water, gas, internet, and your food as well. At some point, you may meet a woman and start a family with her; now you have to feed more people than just you. You don’t deal with any of that when you’re still a school-going kiddo living with his parents. Looking good in your teen years will help you get girls and all that, lose many of your firsts, making friends so that you become a popular guy, etc. Your looks may also peak during this time. I’ve seen guys from my high school days and how they look now. Well, most didn’t upload any pics after 2020 but most of them aged badly, as expected. Their looks peaked in high school. Same goes for the women.
