This YT guy thinks he has gained muscle and lost fat over the past seven months

Before on left, June 2023, 177 lbs, After on right January 2024 186 lbs.
To me he looks like he is higher body fat percentage in the January 2024 photo. I would say he has put on 1 or 2 lbs of muscle and 7 or 8 lbs of fat.

his tits are more flabby, he has gained some muscle and also some fat. it's pretty much impossible to gain muscle while losing fat without moderate doses of different types of steroids
