And dry your face with the same towel you use for your balls

Tretinoin plus microneedling every night, along with SPF 50+ PA++++ every day, is all you need for perfect skin (especially if you’re under 25).
Use an oil cleanser before applying tretinoin to remove sunscreen.

Good diet :lul: cleanser moisturiser toner spf 50+

LRP Uvmune 400 SPF costs a fucking ton and has a really annoying liquid texture but every other SPF I’ve tried inflames my skin.

Back to Tret 0.025% because my skin wouldn’t handle Taz without peeling. Hopefully I can phase in Taz slowly over time - starting it full on was a Failure.

Still trying to find a good moisturiser. Cerave inflames my skin, currently using an Eucerin one but feel like I should be spending more on this.

At the moment I don’t use any other serums, I will not bother with stuff like that until I find a good moisturiser and get my skin to accept Taz.

Microneedling at such a depth where you can do it every night implies you are not going deep enough to elicit an actual collagen response.
Microneedling at lesser depths only helps absorption of skincare products, it doesn't improve skin.

I dont know if my routine is minimalistic but I dont think theres that many products.

Morning:
Synchroline ROSACURE Cleanser, Medik8 C-Tetra Advanced, Synchroline ROSACURE Fast, Synchroline ROSACURE Intensive.

Eveninng:
Medik8 Surface Radiance Cleanser, Liquid Peptides Advanced MP, Retinol, Versed Dew Point Moisturizing Gel Cream.

Sometimes I'll also throw in a toner after my cleanser, as well as tanning drops in the evening moisturiser.

Yeah, through compromising the skin barrier.
Something that tretinoin already does, you retard.
May as well wipe acetone on your face and then smear your liquid shit on it for better absorption bro.

It kind of depends on your face aswell. If you have acne, you would want to use tretinoin of some kind. Maybe retin-a.

If you don't, then a cleanser, and a moisturizer is always good. I personally also use a milk skin toner after the cleansing to get a more glowing, youthful skin.

But that also depends on what you go for. If you beard-fraud and go for the more masculine look, then you wouldn't that. But if you want to pretty boy max, then I would suggest a milk skin toner.

Tret 0.05 peels me too. My skin is very sensitive I guess.

I experience very little pealing but nothing noticeable or alarming. Tretinoin's still purging my skin doe so I take breaks some night.

Not doing any topical retinoid since I’m microdosing accutane rn

It depends on your skin type, everyone has different needs. For me, since I have oily and acne prone skin, I use the Effaclar cleanser, vitamin C 3x/week, 10% niacinamide, tretinoin, Effaclar H Iso-Biome moisturizer, and most importantly, SPF 50+.

don’t forget to add an exfoliant to use once a week.
