is the effaclar cleanser worth getting bro?

I use the H ISO because I'm on tretinoin, it helps soothe my skin without feeling too heavy. As for the Effaclar cleanser, I'd only recommend it if you have oily or combination skin.

I eat a diet high in animal fats

planning to pin ghk-cu, would like more niggas on here to post their experiences with it though

i geniuely only wash my face with water every morning, but i've never had any skin problems in the past so ig i'genetically lucky (except some pimple here and there)

foam cleanser with salysilic (or whatever i cant bother googling it) acid
eqqualberry bakuchioil serum
moisturiser (generic one, doesnt matter)
tinted sunscreen with uva and uvb protection (from nivea)
GHK-CU injections

done in less than 5 minutes, let the foam cleanser stay on for like 3 before removing it with warm water

cheap one will do, i use the kruidvat moisturizer (Dutch), equivalent would be walmart storebrand i guess lol
