It’s easy, just fast in the morning till about 2pm and workout for 2 hours a day

you were meant to be at higher bodyfat im sorry not everyone is cut out for like sub 12%
just go that low and take some good pictures to use for social media and dating apps but irl you should like just walk around at 15-20%

I was on 3000 cals a day while being 9-11%, you have to use intermittent fasting, walking and caffeine

you're allowed to eat while losing weight

you need to shift the paradigm from being about elimination to being about inclusion.

"what can I eat?" chug some water before meals and eat in stages starting with salad or roasted veggies or whole fruit. incorporate soups/stews too.

You want to eat voluminous and balanced meals with carbs protein and fat. that will give you the most satiety.

lowest i was at was 13% when i was wrestler but i had low muscle

Yes these fucks are motivating me more when they told me I don’t have good “genetics” to be lean lol. STARVING TO DEATH NOW

If you're too lean, it doesn't matter how much vegetables/volume you eat, you're still going to be starving and lethargic.

Done this many times. I'll get shredded, and eat up to 6 lbs of vegetables a day to fill my stomach, yet I'll still be ravenous as fuck.

Just eat back up into a sustainable bodyfat range for yourself. There's absolutely nothing wrong with 15% bf especially if you have a lot of muscle. Your face should still be relatively lean, you'll have more size and look better in clothes, and you won't be hungry and food focused 247

No bro. My face is wide as fuck like Colton Haynes. If I go above 12% it gets fucked. Whereas if I get below or at 12% it gets insane. Look at Colton Haynes when he gains weight his face looks awful.

it's not all genes tbh but genes are important but for lean u just gotta put down the fork
 
glad i have good genes I have abs since i was 13 and still have them know and I don't workout or shit I used to though but it's been 3 years and maybe more I don't even run or walk a lot , genes make it easy for you just accept the fact that you're an ugly fat / useless subhuman
