No bro. My face is wide as fuck like Colton Haynes. If I go above 12% it gets fucked. Whereas if I get below or at 12% it gets insane. Look at Colton Haynes when he gains weight his face looks awful.If you're too lean, it doesn't matter how much vegetables/volume you eat, you're still going to be starving and lethargic.
Done this many times. I'll get shredded, and eat up to 6 lbs of vegetables a day to fill my stomach, yet I'll still be ravenous as fuck.
Just eat back up into a sustainable bodyfat range for yourself. There's absolutely nothing wrong with 15% bf especially if you have a lot of muscle. Your face should still be relatively lean, you'll have more size and look better in clothes, and you won't be hungry and food focused 247
