Too broad of a question bro, there's like 100 different types of roids you can take at 1000 different dosages in 100000 combinations. Added to this, your genetics are going to have a massive influence on the side effects you get from any given compound. General rule to minimise sides is don't go crazy with the dosages and keep estrogen low with ai.
