I womder if the west will ever go back to how the average person wasnt concerned with every individual persons political views and behavior outside of work. There have always been times, like during WWII, where your political thoughts could have gotten you in trouble but for the most part outside these times no one really cared. I couldn't think of a bigger waste of time than going through peoples social media to see if they talked about liking a certain politician or going to a certain rally. I thought my life was empty and pathetic but these people are so pathetic they really spend hours scrolling through peoples social media just to find when they mention donald trump

For sure. Sometimes I feel like old people are just saying the same talking points theyve said for a thousand years like “young kids these days need to work harder, tney dont appreciate what they have. Back in my day all I had was a can of tuna and a piece of bread for dinner and I was happy to have it!” But they definitely have a point. I couldnt see all of this insanity, the george floyd protests/riots, this political mania about the election, hunting down people on social media for a post they made 10 years ago, happening if everyone was working full time and was a little more occupied.
