These awards are pretty much irrelevant outside US, no one cares about them in the rest of the world...Stuff like the Oscars or the Nobel prize are universally acknowledged, but the Grammys or Pulitzer - not so much.

I don't really listen to rap but did a casual listen while doing stuff since I listened to some of him in the passed. This song stood out to me, overall it was decent. I'm more of a sound kind of guy the person could be singing/rapping about their morning shit as long as the sound conveys something/is enjoyable. However I did try to listen to the lyrics hence me enjoying this song more so than I would otherwise
