Thoughts about lying to Surgeons that I'm on estrogen?

The surgery i need is performed on men but most doctors stay away from it if its not a MtF surgery with someone using Estrogen. They're not going to know if i use it or not so why not just lie and open the door for more potential surgeons? I could just say i'm gender fluid and want a feminized smaller size but a masculinized shape???

Looks nasty
you must get some kinda scarring
You get slight scar on your hairline but the incision makes hair grows through it.

For being a male I'm a perfect candidate. My hair grows forward (helps cover the scar), I'm not suffering from alopecia and i have a naturally huge forehead but great scalp mobility, i'm also ready to get on fin and hair transplant for potential botch.

One of the only pics i've posted showing the full size of my forehead compared to rest of my face shape and a comparison off how post surgery will look.

yea just say it, who cares? It's not a fucking crime to lie to a doctor so even if they find out they won't do anything to u other than say no.

I might have to do this also if I start getting rejected

ppl lie about medical pain to get medical weed cards here all the time and that's worse

i guess the only problem then is the doctor then might want to give u a "female" hairline and make it round cause they assume ur MtF so I dunno tho. Fuck doctors suck, just tell them u have very good genes for not balding and u understand the risk

Yes but the problem is if i book a 10 day stay at a hotell alone in Los angeles aswell as a flight for approx $2k just to get rejected at the office. I've asked surgeons all the way from London to New york to some place in Texas La is just an example.

I highly doubt they would be able to tell in person especially if i do some research beforehand about the estrogens etc so i can tell like what supplements etc if they're asking its not like you can tell my someones face.

There are females getting widows peaks with this surgery so i think i'm fine on that part tbf.

The approach i've gone with so far is having a naturally massive forehead with a hairline behind the squamous part that has cause insecurity since young age. I also have claimed to be on finastride despite having no genetic history of pattern baldness or alopecia.

have u asked him? I posted some YT vids about him in a thread u saw few weeks ago

Yes i have but hopefully he's just taking some time to respond. He advocates for lowering even in males which is why he's one of my best bets.

Its going to absolutely rape my wallet though as he charges $9k combined with my trip to Miami which is going to be approx $1.8k and I'm currently unemployed but with money saved up.

The thing about this surgery is I'm finding new clinics every day which is lifefuel as its not a very well advertised surgery compared to Rhino and Grafting etc.

holy shit i didnt know he charged so much, wait are u getting hair transplants too cause i thought just hairline lowering without any hair transplants is only 2-5k

Why would you want a small ethnik forehead

There are surgeons doing this in Turkey aswell which will be my last resort but for an invasive surgery leaving a scar i'd prefer to not get hairmilled by the massproduction of hair surgery in Istanbul.

Will depend on how the scar looks 4-5 months post op. If it heals good i probably won't need it as i have forward growing hairline which is ideal for this surgery and would fully cover it even in backslick when combined with the incision method they use which makes hair grows through the scar.

This is something i was insecure of way before .org
You're young, good looking and already get good looking girls, why tf do you need such a pointless surgery?

From cuck to bad boy. Forehead pill is brutal.
Its an even bigger difference from 3/4 and side as the hairline is behind my frontal eminence making it looks rounded and ogre instead of sharp and masculine

"In almost all cases, Dr. Richardson will not agree to perform forehead reduction surgery in male patients."

"Male to female transgender patients who are medically stable on hormone therapy may be candidates for hairline lowering surgery if there is no significant thinning."

I might be on to something :feelsgood:

Yeah your forehead seems to be quite big, its a good improvement have you ever had longer hair like a tiktoker?

i could go back to a fringe that covers it, how does it look?

It's funny the first time I wore a fringe like this was the only time my sister suddently told me my hair looks good. Prob cause it covered my forehead and she didnt realize why exactly it made me look better

But I understand where @ArvidGustavsson is coming from. It's annoying to have to tailor ur entire hair in a way to make sure it covers a decent portion of your forehead. Also the wind could blow it up or if you are swimming then its over.
