What do you think about my surgery plan listed below ?
Btw it can change with some results and its not fixed. My bimax will be done around November 2026 for my narrow airway and looks for the side (mandibular plane angle, jaws recessions, midface projection, lack of support, submental area, facial depth...).
Im 20 also.
Bizygo width 13.8cm (the rest is in proportion to my face but very approximatly, my chin looks too wide here and eyes looks weird, because its a drawing obviously but yeah
).
Some orange lines are not visible, like the entire mandibule, infras and the nose bridge, it can be just reference points.

Plan
Bimax (it should be around 8 to 12mm with CCW rotation)
Rhinoplasty (reduce alar base and nasal tip)
Otoplasty (to make the top of my ears closer to my skull, and slightly for the bottom)
Implants medium size (infras saddled + jaw angles) (supra+browridge if im blackpilled enought)
Canthoplasty with eyelid retraction repair (for obvious reasons)
Fatgrafting (little UEE and optimization after implants)
