Got prescribed acnatac which contains 0,25 mg tretinoin (0,025%). What are y’all’s thoughts on it? Any one who has used it experiencing positive benefits?

Haven't used it b4 but its better than isotretinoin if we're discussing long term benefits.

a cycle of accutane stops acne permanently for most people. how would tretinoin 0.025 be better for long term benefits

Permanently? Since when? Oil glands are SHRUNK, but not fully. After stopping treatment sebum production will resume but be less signifcant than before. So acne has a chance of returning, its also hepatotoxic. Tretinoin is healthier and easier to maintain long term, accutane is good for a short treatment, taking a skin recovery break, then taking tret 4ever.
