wrong again because this is the main issue at hand, for blacks to receive an admission they are required to score far less then whites/asains on average, even the 5% you mentioned. if you just look at the average SAT scores for each ethnicity that received an admission, it couldnt be more clearer

My college already sent an email that implied they will have to abide even tho they don’t want to I don’t live in any of those two states. It will eventually apply to other colleges if it’s not that way because they would get sued in the same way
