how would masseter increase length
When i flex my masseters a small bit of it near the insertion area increases vertically

No,masseter hypertrophy will make your jaw wider which will give look of flared gonions and if you have the notch it will look more defined

Masseter hypertrophy
I feel like deep canine fossa and antegonial notch there just small features but it just looks so aesthetic

it wouldnt be the same for everyone masseter would increase the jaw width but it could not grow so much in length that it could create a notch in between

thats not antegonial notch. its the shape of his masseter.

you dont understand shapes if you think you would perceive antegonial notch as something flaring outward from the frontal view. just think about it for a moment

It does affect the way your mandible looks from the front but hes probably thinking about it differently

even this is not a clear example. like you think the notch ends halfway down his mandible?

the masseter is like 1.5-2cm thick, and thats just the masseter. there are other muscles and soft tissue as well, but you can perceive a ~5mm indentation?

the only way anyone could have any certainty about this is if theyve looked at a ton of xrays with the faces to go along with them.

But masseter hypertrophy does make it defined right?

if you mean whether it gives that look, that probably depends on the shape of your masseter and how lean you are

if you mean whether it actually makes a notch more visible if you have one, i don't know. maybe? seems more likely additional muscle would conceal any sort of underlying boney structure

I have it, and makes your lower third really pop when lean.
