Just cheap, don't go near it, if u can't afford decent fish, just buy good quality Portuguese or Spanish tinned sardines

That's the main problem yes.

Also it just isn't a fish that has any of the good things in it.

It's kinda like saying would u rather eat a prime piece of grass fed, grain finished beef brisket, or a fucking rat u found in a sewer, even though both have a protein content of around 22-30%.
