Dirty bulking of 500 calorie surplus and strength training instead of muscle hypertrophy with fewer sets and reps and focusing on compound movements. 5'9 182 lbs in the before and 194 lbs now but significantly stronger. He added an entire plate in many of his exercises and he says he feels amazing

Also very maintainable long term you can eat whatever you want and because of you training on mainly explosive compound movements (like cleans, deadlifts, overhead presses) it translates better to irl strength in day to day activities like lifting heavy furniture, carrying groceries, street fights etc

Eat whatever you want is just an excuse for carb addicted fags. If you look like shit, girls don’t care that you can carry a sofa.

With proper nutrition first is easily maintained without a single calorie being tracked.
