Is it good idea for me to get better hollow cheeks? I kinda suck cheek in that pic. Also consider fillers into gonions

Your cheeks aren't really that big of a falio, but yes a buccal fat removal would help. Generally any gain in angularity on the male face is a good thing. If you pair that with a a cheekbones implant then you are a chad.
