I have the opportunity to get buccal fat removal at FIFTEEN jfl:lul: this doctor is actually one of the more popular plastic surgeons around my area and they told me buccal fat removal doesn't typically need an age requirement but if your underage you need a parent with you

However, there's been some controversal topics on how buccal fat pad can age you hard, even if your are good candidate for it, as the buccal fat area holds up your cheekbones. Not only that, after your mid 25s to 30s you start to lose some buccal fat pad which some people claim.

Is buccal fat pad really removal worth it long term? I don't want to look 40 at 30.And by the way this is only targeted to people who are a good candidate for buccal fat pad, not the mentalcel's who already have hollow cheeks but want James saphire type cheeks

it doesn't actually contribute much to hollowing.

It depends on the person though. I agree most of it is subq but for some people like me who have very big genetic buccal fat pads it hinders you from getting a lean face even with a relatively low body fat percentage

they only remove a tiny portion when they perform this surgery.

the actual buccal pad extends all the way to your temples.

those drastic transformations you see in celebs aren't from a normal buccal fat removal.

I know that but they remove all of the fat from the cheek area don't they, not from the temporal bones? Removing the fat from your temporal bone is what would make oyhu look old and uncanny wouldn't it

I mean the people who've visibly had it do look kind of uncanny.

Only the ugly looking ones or people with narrow faces look uncanny with hollow cheeks, you have to be semi-good looking with at least a wide face or good bone structure for hollow cheeks to actually halo you

I have a wide face with good cheekbones. My jaw area is lacking a little which is what I'm scared will make me look stupid with hollow cheeks

I think hollowing is very largely ramus, what's your opinion on it?
seems to be the case, the wider the triangle between your cheekbones, gonion, and chin is the more hollowing you're potentially able to have.

hence why downgrown people often have better hollows.

what are your thoughts on buccal fat removal and fat dissolvers to reduce buccal fat on the long term effects on aging? is it worth it because some people say it can make you age horribly

If u have good bones or planning to get implants i believe they can support your face like fat pad does when you get older so would be safe to get buccal fat removal

subq fat dissolvement in the face won't affect ageing, it's the deep pads that affect that and you aren't touching those.

I know but getting fillers every six months is kinda consuming and I would rather have just not gotten buccal fat removal

So your opposed against fat dissolving for buccal fat pads?

no, you can do it, I just don't think it contributes to hollowing as much as the removal of the subcutaneous fat in the area does.
Why not? Is there a difference between fat storage and buccal fat genetics?

People like me are sub 15 percent body fat with decent/good bone mass but still have chubby faces because of the buccal fat pad it seems, but is it because of shit fat storage genes or are the same thing

the buccal fat pad doesn't actually shrink or expand much as people cut and bulk so I doubt it's actually the reason that hollowing occurs at lower bodyfat.

Where did you get that from?
The fat cells in the buccal fat pad shrinks and expands as you lose/gain weight just like the subq fat cells?

the deep fat pads in your face aren't affected that much by weight loss in general.

I think the main reason for hollowing is actually just subq fat.

Of course, that’s why people get buccal fat removal in the first place. But still the fat cells can change in volume, but never change how much there are

It is, but my point is buccal fat pad seems pretty important.

Even if you have very little body fat or little subq fat you can still look chubby because of buccal fat pad

  • Exotic charm. Let’s be real, bro—British women were living in their boring, cookie-cutter reality. Along comes this tall, dark, and handsome cricket god(Imran Khan), exuding an aura of mystique and adventure, and boom—they’re done for.
  • Charismatic alpha energy. Khan wasn’t just good-looking—he had that high-status, world-traveling athlete vibe. Women were magnetized by his confidence and wit. He could walk into a room and have everyone eating out of the palm of his hand.
  • "Forbidden fruit" effect. Knowing that they couldn’t really have him—his Pakistani roots, conservative upbringing, and their cultural differences—probably just made him more appealing. People always want what they can’t have.
  • Cultural dynamism. British women saw him as the perfect mix of Eastern passion and Western sophistication. He was educated, articulate, and suave—a killer combination that made him irresistible.
  • Status boost. Dating or being associated with Imran Khan was like hitting the social jackpot. He wasn’t just a cricket legend; he was a global icon with royalty-like status in the East.

I really don’t know how to answer that question but my ramus is Probally a little under average. How ever, I am still developing
On the side i have lack of bone in, that side is visually fatter because the bone doesn't support the tissue enough. There are multiple factors though ofc, like babyfat etc.. but really it's just genetics of your tissue to bone ratio i think, or something along those lines
