thoughts on canthoplasty as a procedure and the botch rates?

That's not to say it hasn't happened...

Not worth it imo, the lip lift should solve most of your worries. If you still wanna go for it, the botch rate seems extremely low, I've only found 2 botch results out of all the available online results

Of course that's not a great way to analyze botch rates, too bad there's no graph for this kinda thing

Cantho can be extremely beneficial, but just make sure to get a neutral / slightly positive canthal tilt (a.k.a don't overdo it).

And lower eyelid retraction repair is really good for scleral show.

And even if you don't have a scleral show, I think Lower eyelid lift could give you more compact and hunterish eyes.

Most of the canthoplasty "botches" ain't even botches, it's just people who get it when they already have PCT or they just get a crazy positive rotation, making them look like a fucking mad scientist.

these results are good but it would be better if their canthal tilt improved by 1-3 degrees I think? their eyes would hardly become uncanny
it's a pity that there are almost no results on men's eyes where canthal tilt is changed.
all the results where canthal tilt is changed on women and these are very terrible cat/fox eye surgeries..

Just lower eyelid lift pretty much. Slightly positive canthal tilt would probably be better but neutral still looks great. Also these are great results.

Planning to do that in the future aswell.

Fat grafting could be great for UEE and hollow under eye area. Periorbital fat grafting will give you less UEE and more hunterish eyes, but as far as I know, you cannot lift your lower eyelids with fat grafting.

I’ve seen some results where infraorbital rim implants lift the lower eyelids.

Overall, if you want to lift your lower eyelids, get a lower eyelid lift.
