theres few results online, and id say its 50/50. theres some really good life changing before and afters while also some that look super botched, though its normally just foids who dont know anything and likely get that unnatural look on purpose

im seriously considering it, though i dont like the scarring and that they shorten the eyelid, which means youre left with less lashes

not much helpful unless your eye's lateral corners are dull

how is it not helpful, ive seen results where it fixes nct and scleral show partially
because you need a more neutral tilt/slight nct to "fix" nct, you cant fix moderate/severe nct alone with just plasty without looking like a botched potato, it can address scleral show, but its not the only option, atp pexy can do just as much (pfh wise)

Actually real NCT is inherently a bone issue, there's very little leeway you have with increasing your CT via canthoplasty and it not ending up looking fucking weird.

And I wouldn't even consider it before you've seen what you look like when you're truely lean. Weightloss can drastically increase canthal tilt by reducing the size or pressure coming from the upper eyelids central fatpad and reducing intraorbital fat causing your eyes to sink deeper into their sockets, which in turn will reduce scleral show as well.

im literally like 53 kilos
my issue is too low browridge and negative hooding + droopy lower eyelid. im considering getting both lower and upper eyelid surgery at once. though i still have to do more research
