Has anyone here have experience with clen?

Im leanmaxxing, but i find it really hard to stay below 17% bodyfat. I was always overweight and my leptin and ghrelin hormones aren’t ideal.

What was your leanmaxxing stack?

17 is it that bad in my opinion eat stuff with low calories I’m sure u already know put like pickle is 0 Cal is like a snack

Yeah i know a lot about low calorie foods and stuff, it’s just that my appetite is way too high. Even when im using snus (nicotine) i find it extremely difficult to keep my appetite under control.

Hunger suppression should be your core focus

The fat loss benefits of clen won’t matter if you’re binging

Use caffeine and nicotine strategically

Fibre, as gay as it sounds, also suppresses hunger

If I make rice I always add vegetable medley mix. 10% more calories with like 50% more satiety

I can make it until the evening without eating and feeling (much) hunger if I use caffeine and nicotine strategically.

My problem is binging. I have a severe binge eating disorder. Some days i can hold myself back on the calories and eat in a slight deficit, but the binge comes back in an absolute brutal way, some days even passing 10k calories. My appetite is uncontrollable and even caffeine and nicotine don’t seem to help on those days.

You need a journal not clen

You’re able to eat at a deficit on a normal day with no issues

But on other days, something hijacks your willpower, forcing you to binge

There’s an emotion you’re avoiding when you choose to binge and that’s what’s affecting your diet, and probably other areas of your life too

Vices like binging, drinking and drugs exists to fill these emotions

The only fix is by identifying the root cause of that emotion and addressing it

Easier said than done since I do this with porn

I think its due to my bipolar. Some days im energetic, happy and motivated. Other days depressed and suicidal. Its so weird, i go from having an optimistic pov to a pessimistic one in just a matter of days.

Hey I'm 230lb with 40lb left to lose, I workout about 1 hour and a half per day also, can you guess how many calories I should eat per day? I want some taco bell but don't wanna fuck it up lmao

Hard to guess since it all depends on your age, height, activity level, tdee expenditure and so on.

Best way is to do a online calorie calculator on google for example to figure your maintenance calories out. Eat like that for 2-4 weeks, if your weight doesn’t change you know what your maintenance calories are. If you want to lose weight eat 500-100 calories less than your maintenance.

Solution is to develop a mindset that acts as a pillar so that you’re able to be disciplined regardless of mood fluctuations

As corny as top g can be, this interview is a perfect explanation of developing a mindset so strong that you’re willing to brainwash yourself for the sole purpose of being a high performer

I used clenbuterol hydrochloride for about 2-3 weeks at a time, with "pyramid" doses as adviced by the manufacturer (start at 20mg and every 2 days increase 20mg until you are at 160, then taper down by 20mg every 2 days until you go to 0)

It's a great substance that makes you burn an extra 200 or so kcal a day by doing nothing. Those cals stack up, it's half a kg of fat lost each month with no changes to your diet.

The listed side effects all did happen. Feeling warm, slightly harder to fall asleep, resting heart rate (measured by wrist device) went from 50 to 70. A bit shaky hands.
All side effects go away after a cycle.

Obviously it's not a magical leaning pill. All it takes is one extra Snickers bar a day to completely ruin the point of using clenbuterol. It supplements a disciplined cut and makes you lose even more fat than you normally would in your caloric deficit (about an extra 3kg every six months).

How much did your nasolabiol folds change after leaning down? And is it worth leaning down if you have a recessed jawline. Im 17% btw.

They went from noticeable to almost completely flat from 18%->12%.

The difference in facial appearance in the lower body fat digits is radical, the visual difference to me is bigger between 16% and 10-12% than the difference between 40% and 25%.

Those extra last % are hard to drop. Clenbuterol, ECA stacks, yohimbine, synephrine etc. help with that last push when you really start craving food and hate continuing the cut.

They also allow you to cheat a bit with no consequences (about 1 chocolate bar every now and then, since the average bar contains 240kcal, which is how much these supplements will make you burn away daily)

If you want to go even lower (which usually leads to a bad non-aesthetic facial look) like pro bodybuilders, they all use dinitrophenol.

It will burn 3x more calories than clenbuterol but despite being fairly safe, I wont recommend it to everyone because sourcing good DNP is hard and dosing issues or bad labeling of doses by scumbag sellers can create heart failure.

I've used it when I was younger, it will lean you out but it fucking sucks. Cramps and shitty ass sleep, was probably the only time in my life that I had vascularity on my midsection though. All said and done I probably wont use it again.

If you're 17% bf you shouldn't be fucking with it, just limit your caloric intake and do cardio.

Mine folds are pretty similar to these folds in outdoor lightning. Don’t know if those extra bodyfat% is going to help with it.

She is also ultra skinnyfat, you can tell she is not just genetically unfortunate to store a lot of fat in her face, she is at like 30+ body fat percentage and has zero muscle mass besides core skeletal muscle.

Also ignore the reddit comments on her post trying to make her feel good, those folds are like bottom 5 percentile bad. They make you look 10 years older than you are, and even worse in direct sunlight and overhead indoor lighting.

Even with fat loss, a face like that needs fillers to look normal. She has severe recession

I have recession too unfortunately.

I will get bimax in the future, but right now im focusing on leaning down. After I leaned out i will probably get fillers if I still have very bad naso folds.

Hopefully leaning down will reduce them and make them less prominent.

As for now, they look at worst in harsh lightning and outdoor lightning. Indoors they are not really visible.

Just use DNP and clen until you’re shredded. Clen is literally side effect free just don’t do HIIT and take taurine, magnesium and potassium since it depletes your electrolytes. DNP is also chill, just don’t overdose or you’ll bake your insides and die. (Literally only happens if you go over 750mg+ for an extended period of time lol)

Don't go above 500 mg, DNP is not something to play around with as it will cook your insides if you slightly overdose. There's no clinically suggested dosage as there aren't any studies done on humans, but in the bodybuilder forums people typically use 125-500mg

Any type of sweating from exercise causes electrolyte loss, not HIIT specifically

Sauna is even more depleting, which I use daily

I should've been more clear. HIIT should be avoided on clen to avoid potential cardiac hypertrophy ( ventricular hypertrophy)

Clen will lead to electrolyte imbalances if you don't supplement the proper minerals.

Like going from 20% to 10% bodyfat. I’ve never been under 17%. But was wondering if my facial aesthetics will improve by leaning down to 10%.

I’m 23 so i don’t think my collagen levels are bad. However i’ve been sleeping extremely bad for almost my whole life; 4-6 hours a night, suffer from bpd (stress and depression) and use nicotine. I might have aged myself.

I’m recessed but don’t know how bad. Yes you’re right, time will tell. I will just lose bodyfat and see myself. I will get surgery anyway, nothing too lose.

I look decent with a stubble/beard from the front. If i jut I look above average.

I already did a frankfurt plane on my side with someone who was highly educated about jaws, he said that bimax would ascend me beyond imagination. I cope with jutting in the meantime.
