its a scam. At this time, there isnt enough proof that taking collagen pills or sonsuming collagen drinks will make a difference in skin hair or nails. The human body cant absorb collagen in its whole form. Mark as solution if this answered your question, thanks!
I didn't have any visible change from using them a couple years ago

The body can’t use them I believe. Best way to get dietary collagen is slow cook a collagenous cut of meat

eating normal food as opposed to supplementing will always be a better idea

I love chicken & fish skin for collagen, whenever I make oven baked chicken or fish I eat all the skin before the flesh

why is he telling us to use so much supplements and creams isnt too much cream on face bad? Im also on accutane btw 10mg microdose

yea and if you ignore the industry paid studies all studies show no effects on skin or hair etc
