Currently getting implants designed, I have 100% input, thoughts? Trying to get positive orbital vector, and reduce under eye dark circles/more support

Why is it red at one spot?

Also, does it go above the rim, or it sits exactly on its edge?

Im assuming that spot is more deficient, these are custom to my bone structure. They are on the edge. I worry that saddle would close up my eyes too much I already have no scleral show and only like two surgeons do those anyways.

you need more coverage of the malars

Yeah, @tesseract is right, your cheekbones are pretty flat, based on the pic. You actually need red area in the malar prominence, and the implant should go up to the zygomatic arch.

I didnt post soft tissue, but my cheek bones are pretty prominent, hard to gauge with just the scan I guess. A previous revision of the plan included zygos coverage, but I specifically requested it be removed, because I would get bogged with them, due to my bigonial width and mouth size.

your zygos will look flatter after this big dawg

you’re moving the infras without the zygos it will look disproportionate

TBH, you need to post your face, one.

Two, your scan is total shit tbh... Is it somehow compressed? In it, your cheekbones look flat as fuck.

He hasn’t got a functional workplace, it’s just posts for now and for the next couple of years

Currently my zygos are good, with the undereyes being deficient. My thought is that augmenting the under eyes, as well as tapering off into the zygos like they do currnetly, if you look it actually goes off to the zygos a bit, will be the most harmonious. Hard for me to show without soft tissue pics I guess but ive even had a surgeon tell me to not touch zygos and do tear troughs mostly only so.

Unfortunately im probably not gonna post soft tissue, but im almost certain anymore zygos augmentation would make me look comical

well i mean it seems like in the scan, the most projecting part will be the infras and the zygos are being left behind

I think the image is misleading a bit, the implant looks chunky on the scan but in reality 2-3mm in most areas wont look as thick as it does in that image

Who u going to

I think you need to expand the implant to the malar area for a more harmonious augmentation. Most people would benefit of making them higher set(not much bigger in size terms)

I know a surgeon in UK that does saddled..

I personally think this is a good design and will give you good under eye support, I think when people get ridiculous designs that extend over the cheekbone area it just looks weird.

Steinbacher's new office is right next to a cemetery so roping is very convenient if the surgery goes poorly

is there a reason why you arent going on to the sides to augment the zygomatic arches a bit?

My zygos are already pretty prominent and would ruin harmony with my bigon width/mouth size etc.

That makes perfect sense. Is Derek placing them through the mouth or eyelid?
