I was thinking abt this but it’s hard I’m finding mixed evidence on this, the goal is to prevent some of the bone resorption caused by t3 and abalo I’m going to be on 24mcg of t3 split twice daily and 100mcg of abalo at night I’m using the abalo to prevent over hyper trophy and senescence of chondrocytes MSCs and osteoblasts and the low dose of t3 because I’ll be on 12-16iu of hgh a day and I was thinking about using denosumab for this at the typical 60mg every 6 months and probably doing 2 injections followed by some alendronate after and by that time I’d be done trying to grow taller but I’m seeing some mixed evidence that abalo could actually halt further bone growth by preventing remodeling, can anyone help with this or do reccomend me something else

Just to let you know denosumab can inhibit bone modeling and remodeling, especially in younger people. But apart from that this looks solid i guess, but everyday I'd go testosterone over this, so much better and cheap

T3 is only gonna cause bone reabsorption in specific contexts do you have blood work

best I can say is keep t3 low
