Raffaini thinks he was the best in the West. I mean he redefined maxillofacial aesthetic surgery, and many surgeons will say the Arnette method, as they often learn from his methodology of surgery planning.

It was wonderful. Recovery only really sucked for the first 4 days then got better every day. Results well worth it
