Thoughts on European surgeons

Most people talk about surgeons in Turkey and the US, especially when it comes to bimax surgery, but almost no one talks about those in Europe! Why is that (regardless of the price)? I've read a thread saying that Europe is the best place for Bimax and Trimax surgeries.
